Shipping in the US:
Standard shipping will take 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Express shipping 1-3 business days.
International shipping:
Standard shipping takes 10-16 business days after the order is placed. Express shipping 3-4 business days.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Ultimate Direction has no control over these charges, nor can Ultimate Direction predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

- Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, and personalized/customized products, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Return Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team through our website or by email, providing your order details and reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging materials and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a reliable and trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds:
- We don't offer a refund only the direct exchange to another item from the store.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your exchange.
- If the return is approved, you will be able to chose a different item from the store.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the item is defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing order details and clear photos of the damaged/defective item.
- We will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions, which may include a return, replacement, or refund.
