A unique tracking number will be assigned to each order through our courier companies. We offer estimated delivery times. In case of delays caused by the courier service, Flabelus customer service will help track the order but will not take responsibility.

Flabelus will carry on to the delivery of the products within the following hours, according to our working schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 18:30pm. No shipments will be made on weekends or bank holiday days. All orders will be processed before 12:30. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
